ADAS1000 ECG chip and use of bypass capacitors

The ADAS1000 ECG Front End data sheet suggests using .01uF bypass caps on the analog and digital input supply pins (page 78) but the reference design  EVAL-ADAS1000SDZ User Guide schematic shows the use of .1uF bypass caps.  Which one is correct?  Also, the reference design appears to use a 4.7uF cap on each of the two IOVDD pins but the data sheet suggests only one 4.7uF cap.  Which is correct?  Thanks for any help clearing this up.
