Re: AD5933 + AD8606 Nonlinearity problem

Can you be kind to discuss about calibration procedure.

 

According to AN-1252, Rfb and Rcal should be defined by equations

 

Rcal=0.33*(Zmin+Zmax) and

Rfb=(approx.)=2.3*Zmin/3 because my configuration is (Vdd=5 V, Gain = 1, range 1.98Vp-p => Vp-p=2*Vdd/3.3= 3 V)

 

I have following calibration network

Rcalib=1.054, 1.54, 2.74, 4.64, 7.9, 10, 15.8, 22.6, 30.9, 43.2. 61.9, 97.6, 137, 270 (all in kOhms) with the same network in Rfb branch.

 

Can you help me to determine thresholds for switching from one range to higher/lower?
