It’s not clear from the title of your email if you are using an ADDS or ADZS emulator. If so then please take a look at the following FAQ which details which the minimum software versions required to use ADZS emulators: What is the difference between the ADDS and ADZS part numbers?
If you are not using an ADZS emulator and are still having problems them please try manually installing your emulator.
The emulator driver (WmHpUsb.sys) may be found in the ‘VisualDSP++ 3.5 for xx-Bit’ folder, which is created during installation of the VisualDSP++ tools. By default this is located at the following path:
[install drive]:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp\VisualDSP++ 3.5 for xx-Bit\
