Re: Eval-AD7609EDZ use in standalone

Hi,

 

Table 1 of the technical note that came when you installed the software for the EVAL-AD7609EDZ lists the board's link options. It details how the eval board should be configured with the EVAL-CED1Z board and in standalone operation. The AVCC and VDRIVE supplies, for example, should be from external sources connected to J6 and J5, respectively, with both solder links SL9 and SL10 in position B. Table 1 goes on to discuss the different interface configuration links and resistor options. Please make the necessary changes as when the eval board was packaged, the links on the board have been set for operation with the EVAL-CED1Z board.

 

The connections from the AD7609 going to the 96-way connector can be found on page 15 of the technical note and the pinout of this connector is on page 6.

 

If you have ensured that all of these are in order and still don't get proper results, kindly send in scope shots of the digital signals together in one cycle so I can take a closer look at what's going on.
