[Q] For DDS circuit to control 9ns duty time.

Dear all,

Now I have a sudden project to make high precision pwm-generator to control/trigger other instrument.

Could somebody help me?

Target spec :

pwm period : not that fast. 1HZ~ 50KHz

duty time : should be controllable in nano-second.

Is there any high precision DDS chip to be able to control 9ns duty time?

(for example , 9ns ON, 5ms OFF, total period time is 200Hz)
