Hello Joseph,
I believe your simulation is working properly. Nice work.
The gate voltage seen by the HS-MOSFET M9 should be measured from G-HS-U1 to PH (Since this is the Mosfet gate to GNDA). Once you do this, it will make more sense.
If you want the model to be slightly more accurate, we will have to add quiescent current draw to the bootstrap capacitor. This is not a perfect model, but if you put a 6kΩ resistor in parallel with C5, it will mimic the quiescent current the high-side channel could have. This is not an exact model of how the part will operate, but it will come close.
The PSPICE model that you have created is able to give you a rough estimate of the operation of the part. The propagation delay, quiescent currents, and many other factors make creating an accurate PSPICE model very difficult. You can use your model to get a rough idea of the operation, but nothing compares to actually testing the physical part. When working with such fast components, many parasitic effects will be visible, which will be lost in simulation. Thanks for your patience in getting your model to work. I'm glad it looks like it's working now.
