can AD9889B support 1080P25 ?

hello,

     I am using  ad9889b as a hdmi transmitter,I use fpga to output 1080p25 video timing and data to ad9889b, some device can receiver the video,but some can not ,i want to know why? does ad9889b can support 1080p25 hdmi output ?
