Should be fine as long as you keep LO and RF drive levels well below absolute max ratings. Typ LO drive of 0dBm should not damage part when biased off. RF to IF isolation should improve when biased off. I believe Digikey has eval inventory if you need to evaluate. Best Regards - Eric N
