Custom design in Zed board, FMCOMMS-EBZ, Reference design

Hi,

I have downloaded vivado 2014.2 and build all the libraries and then project for ZED board and zc706 board.

Now my query is how to proceed to add a custom design into my project.

Any flow is there?
