A sequencing test was performed with a conversor never used before. No analog input signals were supplied.
Order:
1) VDD/VSS
2) AVCC/DVCC
3) Vdrive
Results:
Vdrive with VDD/VSS supplied = 0V
Vdrive with VDD/VSS and AVCC/DVCC supplied = 4,5V
Vdrive with VDD/VSS, AVCC/DVCC and the 3.3V regulator on supplied = 4V
Then it was tested in other sequences and the results were the same. I really cannot think of a simpler test to perform on the conversor. Thanks for your help anyway Rob.
