My previous post covers all the constraints and available adjustments. UG570 describes ref clock frequency range and phase noise characteristics to achieve datasheet specifications.
You need to see whether you can arrive at those frequencies with the information provided for a chosen reference clock frequency. You may require a tunable reference clock source in order to generate all the required frequencies.
