Hi Jasper,
1. If you have vibration table, you can trust its output to test ADXL001.
2. If you want to use other vibration meter with ADXL001, I would suggest piezo sensor, please choose light piezo sensor, also need wide enough BW and wide enough measurment range, you can glue the piezo sensor on ADXL001 EVB.
