Hi Shogo,
Please review the HW manual for ADV8003 and the HW manual for ADV8005. It contains a good description of when 1 DDR device is required and when 2 DDR devices are required, I think.
We don't specify any manufacturers for DDR for ADV8003 or ADV8005.
