Unfortunately we did not gather this swept phase error measurement - i.e. how accurate is the ADuCM350 at detecting changes in phase.
The part was primarily designed for sensor RC measurements - by understanding the maximum current that will be sunk into the TIA - you can optimize the RTIA so that the maximum voltage swing on the ADuCM350 is +/-750mV. This is explained in AN-1272.
If you achieve this you should achieve the accuracy and precision seen in the datasheet - figures 30 and 32 - assuming the current measurement requirements are not to low.
Also note you cannot measure capacitive only sensors and would need a series resistor for loop stability.
