Our Hardware:

     -     ADSP-BF609- silicon rev 0.2

     -     The ezkit board 1.0 : BOM rev 1.2

For uClinux we are using 2013 blackfin-buildroot.

We tested your uImage it is working fine for the first and the second test, but failed on the third test (wake-up).

it is possible to provide us your config file ?
