We have a similar application. You may need to run the RS-170 through the CP if you have a video format that is significantly different from the standard SDP output resolutions, which are listed in the descriptions of the PRIM_MODE and VID_STD registers. You have to define the one hot input to be "green" or "Y", and if your signal has embedded sync you have to also run the input to the SOG/SOY input. The output will be monochrome; you can't use colorburst modulated color information.
