The problem is I think with the connection between zedboard and my PC. Even when I put both of them in the same network it won't work. I tried even the example for matlab filter design as in MATLAB Filter Design Wizard for AD9361 [Analog Devices Wiki] but when it comes to connect with the zynq it didn't work. I used my Ip address that I set on linux of zedboard. Maybe I am missing the port number!? How to know which port linux is using to communicate with the AD9361_filter_wizard GUI!?
