Thank you for pointing this out. You are indeed correct that these specifications are incorrect in the datasheet.

1.     Vil max  = 0.3 x Vcc

2.     Vih min  = 0.7 x Vcc

Can you please explain as to why 3 and 4 is important to your application?

For 3 it is normally the Vol max that is important.

For 4 it is normally the Voh min that is important.
