Why memory mapped registers not given as library files?

Hi there,

  Usually for other micro controllers they used to provide the library files which should have memory mapped registers as in header files for each modules (like, ADC, PWM, UART etc).  However, for ADuC7060/61 microconverter I could n't find such files, instead I found 'ADuC7060Libs.zip' folder which contains only sample code straightway.

please clarify..
