Hi Jacky,

1,  The PWRGD pin is open drain output and its active high voltage depend on pull up voltage. Note that not allow higher than max pin voltage.

2. The table.1 address PWRGD output low with max 100mV, all your measured output low data below 100mV is fine and match the spec. In demoboard, the output high voltage relate to LED diode forward votlage. The output high votlage should be 1.5V.
