ADV7611 TMDS PLL

Hi,

Using ADV7611 in our closed system, TMDS PLL may not be able to lock
when a random TMDS frequency signal from tens MHz to hundreds MHz is input
for a few seconds then normal signal is input into ADV7611.

The case is not happened in all devices and it is happened in one per 13 devices at present.
Is there information to solve it or to improve it?
