Hi,

If you plan on DC coupling to the AD9467, then you will have to have a signal biased at 2.1V.  I am not sure if the ADL5201 will be able to DC couple too AD9467. As an alternative, you could try using the ADL5565. You can connect the ADL5565 to a 4.2V supply and thereby ensure a 2.1V common mode to the ADC.
