Here are my following suggestions for you to try at your end:

1. If you are able to modify the code(instead of loading the .dxe), can you place ‘jump(pc,0);’ as first instruction inside the main routine and then check if it is loading main() and stays at jump(pc,0); instruction or not.
2. Also can you go through the FAQ below and make sure that all settings are fine: http://ez.analog.com/docs/DOC-1783

Kindly provide your observation for above so that we can assist you better with the issue.
