I have sent the player to concerned team in Ireland.
Even we thought that the issue may be cause by SONY DVD player, but our customer's platform have another HDMI Rx (Himax HX6A29) at the same platform(Port_A and Port_B are Himax, Port_C using ADV7612 ), and Himax Rx have no the issue by using the same SONY DVD player source, I can't explain this to our customer.
So I thing the issue maybe not just SONY DVD player issue, but also have something different between our ADV7612 and Himax Rx; how can we prevent the issue or help our customer to solved our customer production problem, I think still to need analysis this issue.
