Visual Dsp++ 5.0 Blackfin Memory Viewer Issue

I am using Visual Dsp++ 5.0 Update 7.  The hardware is a ADZS-BF537-EZLITE.

I noticed strange behavior with the memory viewer.  In looking at address 0x20040800 I see either 05 10 if I set the address to 200407F0

or 00 00 if I set the address to 0x20040800.  I see the same bevavior with memory dump
