ADSP 21479 DAI or DPI configured as input ,performance as 2.4v

I have configured all DAI Pins as INPUT

SRU(LOW,DAI_PBEN14_I)；

SRU(LOW,DAI_PB14_I);

I have test all 21 DAI PINS ,ALL 2.4V.

then i configured DPI ,ALL 2.4V

I am sure no off-chip pull-up Resistance.

The ADSP2149 should performance like this?or the chip has been damaged？
