Thanks for the link to the document about the evaluation board. And sorry for the long time between my responses, but this is sort of a side project of mine, and I’ve been quite busy for the last weeks.
I didn’t use this document before, but of course I read the datasheet as well some general documentation about the grounding of ADCs on your site. And I don’t see any problems with my layout.
But I’m currently reevaluating my test setup. If I use carbon resistors instead of metal film resistors (axial-lead in both cases) for my bridge, I trade settling time for a noisier measured signal.
This behavior raises the question, what (simple) test setup is the most suitable to evaluate the PCB with the chip (and not the test setup itself).
