Yeah, upgrading Xilinx tools is a super pain. That is why don't/can't do it for every Xilinx tools release.
We have different branches in github - we only verify one tools release on them. We are working on something more recent - but it's not all done, and I would need to defer to Rejeesh or Michael if they want people trying it out now.
