Yes the image I see before setting any registers in the ADV7619 looks like the "YCbCr444 Designated/Decoded as RGB444" image in your link. This is what I expected.
Then I set RGB_OUT to 1 (RGB Color Space Output) and INP_COLOR_SPACE[3:0] to 3 (Force YCbCr 709 input), since my input is 1080p60 and thus 709. I then expect to see the correct color bar image, but instead I see:
I don't know what you mean by "Y1Y0 [1:0] set AVI info-frame to the monitor. stepping through 00, 01 10 show the expected resonse." Can you clarify? Y1Y0 where? If you did something in the ADV7511 that doesn't help me because I'm not using it in my application. I want the ADV7619 to convert the YCbCr input to RGB output, so any downstream sink sees RGB.
