First, thank you for investing in developing these solutions around the ADIS1644x products. From our point of view, the point of percussion should eliminate the need to know where the sensors are located, not provide locational information (based on the calibration values), since it re-maps them to the corner reference. Where are we going wrong on this line of thinking? Have you tried your routines with the point of percussion enabled? I will see what I can find out but I might need a deeper level of insight to help me convince a designer to stop what they are doing to make these measurements.
