The typical measurement range of ADXL362 is +/-2g, +/-4g and +/-8g. It can be selected by customer. But its measurement range cannot support +/-19g. The max endurable acceleration is 5000g for ADXL362. The acceleration over the 5000g may cause permanent damage to it. Otherwise, there is no problem with the part.
Once the acceleration over the 8g, the output will be saturation.
