AD7730 MCLK input

Hello,

I’ve pieced together a 24-bit analog to digital conversion circuit and I’m using the AD7730 ADC and an ECS-49-18-5PXEN for the master clock inputs, however the crystal is not behaving as expected.  I’ve attached a schematic with notes highlighting my issue.  I’m getting the 4.9152MHz signal on the MCLKOUT pin, yet nothing on the MCLKIN pin.  Does anyone see anything obvious that I'm doing incorrectly?
