A small addendum to the first post.
The 'Slap' memory is not the initramfs. The initramfs is included in 'Cached'. More specific 'Inactive(file)' actually. (A bit odd.)
The 'Slap' memory is the kernel having fun. Details is in '/proc/slapinfo'
