The https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/hdl repository is based on the 2013.4 version of vivado.
Before compiling the project, all the libraries used in the project need to be compiled with the same version of vivado.
Today I've built the "fmcomms1_v2013_4_2014_07_25" release. For me it compiles fine.
I have tested on a FMCOMMS1 Revision B which works fine with both the HDL and the NO-OS software (latest available).
The commit for NO-OS is from April. Is there a particular reason you're using it ?
