[ADV7281-M] There is difference between Figure 13 and Figure 21 on the datasheet about connection of DIAG pin.

I have a question about DIAG pin of ADV7281-M.

There are two connection diagrams of "Figure 13. Diagnostic Connections" and
"Figure 21. Typical Connection Diagram, ADV7281-M". on the datasheet.

There is difference between Figure 13 and Figure 21 about connection of DIAG pin.
Which is correct?
Which connection of DIAG pin should we use?
