I would suggest you to try booting a simple code first (like led blink code ) for debugging purpose.

Apart from this, I would like you to kindly provide the detailed steps done at your end to program the flash using Flash Programmer Utility in VDSP++ 5.0,after creating the loader file.

Also does your code runs correctly via emulator?
