Hi Mark,

Thanks for your responses.

Question: if we are getting data, and not only that, it makes sense, but it is not within specs accuracy.

Do we still assume internal processor might not have booted???

To remain you the symptoms are:

1. Scale factor of about 5% on tilts registers, where Y shows more sscale factor than X.

2. SUPPLY_OUT register indicates 2.5V weather we supply the voltage from our internal power supply or from your EVAL Kit, and voltage measured on sensors's pads in stable 3.3V

3. NEW - temp register reads number in the area of 167 degree C.

We thought it might have somrhing to do with the up time... becase we have a protected power supply, it takes it longer to reach the stable 3.3V. But ithink we ruled it out A. Because we used the the EVAL KIT power supply with same results and B. We placed a jumper between sensor and power supply, we connected the sensor after long setteling time, with same results...

But I can't be sure. What do you think about the possibility of slow up time?

In the poition we are in i don't mind checking everything but I find it unlikely the professor had not been booted... we are getting tilts...

Thanks
