I understand the phase error is one 4FSC because Hsync and 4FSC signals are asynchronous.
We'd like to know the accuracy of the phase error.
I understand we can ignore the burst start variations by temperature because it's small enough.
How about PV (process and voltage) variations?
Can we also ignore burst start variations by the process and the power supply voltage?
Is only accuracy of 4FSC(external OSC generating 14.318180 MHz) important?
