Hi,
Did you clone the entire fpgahdl_xilinx repository? The axi_hdmi_tx_v1_00_a core is present in the /cf_lib/edk/pcores folder (https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/fpgahdl_xilinx/tree/master/cf_lib/edk/pcores).
