The DC voltages is around 2.8V~3V. Please reference below website is TMDS waveform and ADV7612 schematic.(Projector is on standby mode. standby mode is no any power supply to ADV7612).
In standby mode had HDMI 5V(HDMI connector pin 18) input and HPD (HDMI connector pin 19) Output.
So the DDC also had 5V from pull high Resistance.
