ADV7611 I/O voltage levels

Is it possible to run the ADV7611 on 3.3V and use 1.8V IO levels (from an FPGA)??

If not, do you have some 1.8->3.3->1.8V translator chips?

Or, do you have something similar to the ADV7611 that runs entirely on 1.8V?
