regarding current dac usage, what's being characterized and can be seen in the datasheet is the typical IDD consumption vs output frequency. Please see Figure 6 (for MCLK = 5MHz) and Figure 7 (For MCLK = 16MHz).
can you elaborate more on what production tolerance you are referring to? Did you mean, the minimum and maximum limits when we tested the parts on temp variation?
