ADV7393 - NTSC Output

I am having issues regarding the ADV7393 Eval Board:

1. I could generate CVBS output of the SD test patterns (color bar) for NTSC and PAL successfully following the instruction of “Internal test pattern generation” section of the datasheet.
2. For PAL, I could generate CVBS output of my test pattern (3 white pixel and 3 blank pixel alternatively) per Table 82. 8-Bit 625i YCrCb In (EAV/SAV), CVBS out. Where setting is 0x1C with subaddress 0x00. However it does not work when generate NTSC per Table 65. 8-Bit 525i YCrCb In (EAV/SAV), CVBS.
3. For PAL, I could generate CVBS output of my test pattern (3 white pixel and 3 blank pixel alternatively) per Table 94. 16-Bit 625i RGB In, CVBS out.  CVBS. Where setting is 0x1C with subaddress 0x00. However it does not work when generate NTSC per Table 77. 16-Bit 525i RGB In, CVBS/Y-C Out.
4. I currently have the eval board, could you please provide the register tables of device 1 (ADV7403), device 2 (FPGA) and device 3 (ADV7393) respectively in order to have CVBS input and CVBS output for live video.
