ADV7842 Pixel and Output traces, 75 ohms?

In UG-214 (Rev.0), page 488, Figure 175: "ADV7842 Pixel and Output Pins":

it shows 75-Ohm resistors, and says "Traces to be impedance matched to 75 ohms".

In regards to the lines on the left side (P0 - P35 and LLC, HS, VS, FIELD, SYNC): I'm just hooking these lines directly up to an FPGA, not to a connector or anything that goes off-board. Do the build-out resistors and trace impedance still need to be 75 ohms?
